Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Participate in the planning and execution of brand upgrade strategies to strengthen Thermage's premium brand image through market segmentation, targeting and brand positioning (STP) and corresponding strategies and activities.
- Manage every touchpoint of the consumer journey, including social media, search engines, owned media, and e-commerce platforms.
- Dig deeper and apply social media platforms, such as Xiaohongshu, to increase brand influence and user engagement.
- Monitor market dynamics and consumer behavior and adjust marketing strategies based on market feedback and data analysis.
- Find a win-win mechanism, cooperate with medical aesthetic institutions, integrate their media resources, and amplify marketing effects
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree or above, more than five years of work experience, can lead projects independently.
- Experience in consumer marketing or 2C digital marketing, understanding of consumer or healthcare market trends and needs. For candidates without the above background, they must have marketing or sales experience, demonstrate strong marketing perception and innovative thinking.
- Experience in social marketing or potential.
- Understand the high-end and consumer market and be able to formulate effective marketing strategies based on consumer needs.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit with the ability to manage the vendor and coordinate internal resources to complete the project.
- Experience in consumer medical, healthcare, advertising companies and related industries is preferred, and luxury goods, cosmetics, medical and pharmaceutical related industries can also be considered.
