We are seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to lead regional IT support operations across the Asia Pacific region, managing a team of contractors and ensuring consistent service delivery. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and vendor management, requiring strong coordination across time zones and cultures. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise IT support, including contractors across APAC countries, ensuring high-quality support and adherence to SLAs.
- Coordinate regional IT operations, including escalations, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with global IT leadership to align regional strategies with corporate standards.
- Provide guidance on Windows desktop support, Office 365 administration, and Cisco network troubleshooting.
- Ensure mobile device management and remote access security policies are consistently enforced across regions.
- Lead regional IT projects such as hardware refreshes, cloud integrations, and system upgrades.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate contractor performance.
- Oversee patch management, vulnerability assessments, and compliance with corporate IT security policies.
- Act as a regional liaison between IT and business units, translating technical needs into actionable plans.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for end-users and contractors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT support or infrastructure roles, time in a supervisory or team lead capacity is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, Cisco networks, and mobile device management.
- Proven experience managing remote teams and vendors across multiple countries.
- Business fluency in English; additional APAC languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in IT or related field.
