Key Responsibilities

• Operations - Manage APAC Customer Master creation / updates ( except Korea) - Pricing & Rebate update in D365 - Help to generate reports from D365 as requested - Assist APAC project assigned by Manager - PR &PO submission for marketing team, office admin and APAC markets
• Administration - Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination - Manage the Tea Lady and supervise her daily assigned duties. - Liaise with the management office for routine office maintenance. - Assist in coordinating company events, including team lunches, team-building activities, festive celebrations, and marketing events. - Support the Marketing Team in sourcing promotional items and marketing campagin - Provide administrative support to management and staff - Assist with onboarding and offboarding documentation in the local office - Assist to organize staff engagmgent activities

Professional Qualifications
|
-2~4-year degree or High school diploma; -BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred - Proven experience as an office administrator, or sales assistant, or commercial assistant. -Excellent organizational and multitasking skills -A team player with high level of dedication
