1.               Primary Goals

Support the growth of the Solta brand portfolio through effective product management, digital marketing, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive high-quality execution that strengthens brand presence and supports commercial objectives.

 

2.               Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial objectives
    • Deliver annual sales and profit goals
    • Achieve product sales targets by working with Sales Team and contributing to sales strategy development
    • Propose resource allocation to maximize sales and profit
    • Monitor the annual A&P budget, day-to-day marketing operating expenses and campaign expenses to ensure ROI
  • Marketing strategy development and campaign execution
    • Develop marketing strategies by understanding market and customers’ unmet needs

Implement integrated marketing plans that align customer, HCP, patient, and internal stakeholder priorities

    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, user meetings, workshops, events and exhibitions to achieve business goals
    • Monitor campaign performance and feedback, and propose adjustment for optimization
  • Brand management
    • Strengthen brand positioning of Solta brands across all touchpoints (digital, events, patients and HCP communications)
    • Manage development of selling aids, practice marketing materials and campaign materials ensuring quality and timely production
    • Manage media planning and execution, advertising development, and market research
    • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to gather market intelligence and competitive insights, translating them into actionable brand plans and messages, and drive synergies across Solta brands
  • Digital marketing
    • Lead digital activities across social media, SEO/SEM, email, programmatic ads, and websites
    • Manage the planning and production of digital content creation including videos, influencer collaborations, and patient stories
    • Oversee brand website and social channels to ensure alignment with brand standards
    • Analyze and optimize digital KPIs to improve social growth, conversions and engagement
    • Stay updated on social and digital trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage
  • Customer engagement
    • Evaluate marketing programs and understand customer needs through field visits with Sales Team and collection of customer feedback 
    • Develop and maintain a strong network with key users to strengthen brand advocacy and market presence
    • Manage trade marketing activities, including visibility programs and co‑op initiatives, to increase share of voice, drive recommendations in retail environments, and support sales growth
    • Lead professional initiatives including case studies, product reviews, clinical studies, speaker programs, HCP/patient events in collaboration with KOLs
  • Agency, vendor & KOL management
    • Manage creative, media, PR, production, and digital agencies to deliver campaigns on-time and on-brand campaigns
    • Prepare briefs, review proposals, and oversee execution quality
    • Support PR efforts including media coordination and storytelling
    • Work with KOLs and speakers for scientific events and educational initiatives
  • Internal communication and collaboration
    • Maintain consistent communication on marketing program with management, local commercial team and supporting functions
    • Develop strong network with Greater China Team to enhance resource planning and drive synergies in marketing campaigns
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting and operational alignment
    • Manage internal approval workflows and maintain thorough documentation to ensure compliance with corporate standards
    • Build and maintain supportive, productive and efficient working relationships with all organizational levels
    • Complete administrative responsibilities within due date including business review, monthly A&P spending estimation and weekly marketing update
  • Training
    • Collaborate with Global Strategic Marketing Team and Clinical Team to develop and deliver training materials
    • Maximize sales force effectiveness by identifying and addressing training needs
    • Facilitate new hire training and conduct training for Solta products, industry trends, market dynamics and competitors

 

3.               Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Science, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or marketing experience preferably in medical aesthetics, healthcare, beauty or B2B industries
  • Solid experience in advertising, digital marketing and agency management
  • Strong analytical, planning, and multi-tasking skills, willingness to travel if needed
  • Works independently with strong ownership and accountability, resourceful and result-oriented
