Position: Supervisor, Manufacturing (Pharmaceutical)
Department: Production/Manufacturing
Schedule: Rotation (two weeks 7:30 am - 4:00 pm; two weeks 3:30 pm - 12:00 am)
In this role, you be responsible for the leadership and supervision of a team of manufacturing employees, while driving business results by engaging, mentoring and coaching a high-performing team.
The must-haves…
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a regulated manufacturing industry (required)
- Post-secondary education in a related science field is required (required)
- Experience in people development, decision-making and conflict resolution
- Planning and organizational skills with high process-orientation
- Ability to quickly adapt and redirect priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise with a “Safety First” attitude.
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP is an asset)

- Plan and coordinate the manufacturing activities to effectively drive production
- Assist in development and planning of processes and schedules
- Provide timely technical advice and guidance to manufacturing employees
- Assist and support the development of continuous improvement strategies
- Assist in the investigation process
