Position Title:      Logistic SpecialistCN

 

Description:         The Logistic Specialist has primary responsibility for the Solta China logistic-related affairs, including but not limited to handling daily warehouse operations, shipping management etc. Ensure   warehousing, logistics, and shipment processes can be carried out efficiently and accurately. Respond promptly to solve related problems and improve customer satisfaction.

                             

Reports To:          Supply Chain Assistant Manager

Location:              Warehouse in Shanghai

 

 

The following are meant to be representative but not necessarily all inclusive of the duties and responsibilities for this position title.

 

Responsibility:

 

  • Monitor and manage daily inbound and outbound processes, ensure goods receipt and delivery are accurate and efficient.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy. Monitor and manage daily count and monthly count
  • Monitor and manage warehouse KPIs, ensure targets can be achieved.
  • Review and confirm warehouse monthly billing, arrange timely payments.
  • Lead monthly review meeting with warehouse team
  • Daily management and procurement of packaging materials
  • Labelling arrangement
  • Maintain close working relationship with Solta Quality and Regulatory to support quality processes and regulations, like GSP requirements etc.
  • Prepare regular reports.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager

 

Required job skills:

 

  • Basic English language skill is required, can read and write
  • Experience with SAP/ERP, Microsoft D365, BPCS, Excel etc.
  • Able to travel occasionally.
