- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal and external staff training on equipment installations and treatment protocols, ensuring alignment with company-approved training materials.
- Deliver high-quality customer training sessions based on Solta’s current treatment guidelines.
- Provide follow-up coaching and support to both internal teams and customers to reinforce training effectiveness and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain training tools, resources, and educational content.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in relevant therapeutic areas, offering clinical support and troubleshooting for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support business growth through compliant, evidence-based clinical education.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products; educate internal teams on Solta’s competitive advantages.
- Share updates on new products, therapies, and technologies through active participation in clinical and technical discussions.
- Work closely with the Regional Clinical Advisor to update training materials and share best practices.
- Coordinate and support company- and investigator-initiated clinical studies within the region.
- Assist in organizing and supporting trade shows, company events, professional workshops, and patient seminars.
- Travel frequently (50–60%) to customer sites, events, and training sessions.
- Uphold Solta’s values by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct at all times.
- Maintain accurate training records and clinical documentation.
- Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Clinical teams on relevant clinical matters.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare, or a related field; clinical experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a clinical or healthcare setting; experience in aesthetics or cosmetic medicine is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in delivering clinical training and promoting procedures within a practice to drive utilization and sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently and professionally.
- High ethical standards and a strong sense of business integrity.
