1. Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales goals in the assigned territory
- Perform effective territory penetration to drive sales and increase revenue growth among existing and newly installed customer base for the Solta family of products
- Maintain accurate monthly and weekly forecasting
- Provide training presentations and demonstrations to the customer on application and use of the Solta products using effective communication and sales techniques
- Educate the customer regarding indications, contraindication, and safety of Solta products
- Follow up clinically related issues happening in the assigned territory
- Support and help to facilitate the execution of user meeting, workshop and congress
- Recommend practice marketing program to users to increase number of procedures using Solta products
- Identify market potential by qualifying accounts
- Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; interviewing key customers; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements
- Develops sales by explaining product and specifications and additions; conducting product demonstration
- Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts; explaining user program and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts
- Recommend new products and upgraded products in existing accounts by identifying needs to be filled and introducing products and services
- Drive cross sell/upgrade at user accounts and selling an additional product at affiliate accounts by collaborating in the territory
- Pre-plan sales calls and maintain efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service
- Prepare sales quotations and contracts per company guidelines, terms and conditions
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, managing or collecting account receivables
- Develop and maintain up-to-date account profile and customer data
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
- Minimize user turnover
- Maintain consistent communication regarding territory with all team members including management, capital sales team, marketing team, and application engineer team
- Develop and maintain supportive, productive and efficient relationships with all levels within the organization
- Complete administrative responsibilities within due date including daily call report, weekly call planning, quarterly business plans, adverse event reports, and monthly expense reports
2. Requirements
- BA/BS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- 2 years’ prior sales experiences in a B2B and/or in healthcare industry
