The Senior Manager of Strategic Accounts will be responsible for assisting in the growth, maintenance and acquisition of national/strategic accounts in North America.  The role will additionally work with buying groups and assist field sales with regional groups. The role will be working  for all aspects of the accounts; including but not limited to new business development, contracts, monitoring obligations, and working with service/regional managers to support key national accounts in all North America.

This is a hybrid/remote role out of Bridgewater, NJ headquarters. 


Strategic Accounts:

  • Assist in managing National Accounts daily and tracking contract obligations.
  • Maintain and monitor all contracts and work with CS on billing and invoicing methods
  • Must research and acquire new business and expanding/tracking current accounts through business development with key decision makers across the national market.
  • Work with field sales on regional strategic accounts to grow and expand
  • Develop financial models for accounts in conjunctions with finance
  • Expertly manage and cultivate a large prospect and account universe, over a long sales cycle.
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations of selected strategic accounts.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Interact with each national account/ strategic accounts on a regular basis with frequent site visits and face to face meetings to support strong relationships.
  • Develop with internal analytics the tracking and monitoring of the accounts



  • Education: BA/BS required. Masters degree a plus.
  • Minimum of  5  years of sales experience with a proven large-scale sales record in aesthetic devices or consumables; ideally candidate will have experience in both.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and high comfort level with sales and financial modeling
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proven success demonstrating strong business acumen and strategic agility
  • Extensive travel is required, must be willing to travel 70-80% of the time.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs of equipment for device demonstrations.
