About the Role: Clinical Supplies Associate
Perform supportive roll as it relates to the planning and execution of clinical trial supplies.  This includes primary/secondary packaging and labeling IRT development, distribution, logistics planning, returns, and destruction.  Ensure that goals and objectives of the projects are accomplished within established time frames and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices.


This is a non-supervisory position

Responsibilities
Additional representative responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:

  • Experience with any or all of the following functions or processes are highly preferred: clinical supply pack/label/distribution, clinical trial operations, project management, pharma/bio research and development, and inventory management.
  • Support IRT User Specification development and participate in UAT, as needed.
  • Assist with clinical supply chain sourcing strategy utilizing 3rd party providers in coordination with clinical operations current and future programs.
  • Coordination of RFPs for vendor proposals.
  • Monitor temperature excursion mailbox and assist with tracking of temperature excursions.
  • Assist with budget and invoicing tracking and work with the vendors, Finance, Clinical Operations and/or Clinical Supplies to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist with clinical label process to include design, obtaining approvals of draft text, and obtaining approvals of supplier-provided label proofs.
  • Update the TMF as per departmental and Corporate requirements that comply with all regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in clinical study team meetings, align with study details, and collaborate in meeting study objective, and provide supporting information to the teams (includes RA, RACMC, Clinical Operations, Manufacturing and Development)
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, preferably in a science or business-related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience Clinical Supplies experience or a combination of Clinical Research and Clinical Supplies experience.  Commercial Supply Chain experience may also be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment.
  • Knowledge of all phases of drug development, the functions, and processes relevant to drug development, and project management principles applicable to the biopharmaceutical environment
  • General knowledge of GMP, a plus.

 

As required by law, Bausch Health provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in the US. Actual compensation is influenced by many factors including skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For this role, the range of starting pay for this role is $60k - $85k.
