The Payroll/HR Administrator responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Timely and accurate multi-state bi-weekly payroll processing with outsourced vendor.   
  • Review mail to determine needed action including opening cases with outsourced vendor, track to resolution.   
  • Respond to employee payroll cases and provide education on payroll self-service
  • Partner with payroll team on audit responses
  • Assist in root cause analysis to correct/prevent errors
  • Vendor onboarding and payment processing
  • Talent Acquisition reporting
  • Special Human Resources projects as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year HR and/or payroll experience required
  • Minimum 3 years payroll experience preferred
  • Success Factors and UKG business knowledge a plus
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and customer service communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel vlookup for data analysis
  • 3-days in office required
