Responsibilities

  • Leverages data to develops insight-driven and impactful strategic and tactical brand-building and marketing initiatives for our Dental Healthcare professionals (DHCPs)
  • Effectively implements plans/tactics and evaluates success against pre-determined metrics.
  • Brings innovation to marketing plans and generates fact-based business cases to support new ideas.
  • Leads the implementation of OraPharma’s digital ecosystem strategy to the development of key digital marketing touchpoints
  • Oversees effectiveness of programs and initiatives. Track and share successes and best practices.
  • Leads cross-functional teams in support of key initiatives, inclusive of marketing, market research, medical affairs, operations, and sales
  • Collects analytics and insights on channel effectiveness and other key metrics, translating data into marketplace trends and recommending strategies/tactics.
  • Domestic travel: 10-20%

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required; Marketing discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience; technical digital experience preferred
  • Demonstrated skills in the following: brand marketing, social/digital marketing, critical and strategic thinking, project management and tactical execution, ability to master scientific data, analytical thinking, financial and budget management.
  • Proven experience identifying, developing, measuring and optimizing lead management funnels and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated collaboration with IT/technical teams and the ability managing multiple digital projects including website UI/UX through development, ecommerce, sales enablement platforms (SFDC/Veeva) and Marketo
  • Ability to manage cross functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex, multi-faceted data to identify and validate strategic goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, with a sense of urgency and a strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Well versed in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
