To support our Compliance Team, we are looking for:

Compliance Officer Poland

Location of work: Warsaw

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage and drive the healthcare compliance program to ensure business practices and activities are following related internal guidelines, local laws and regulations and anti-corruption laws
  • Ensure the local policies are created, evaluated and adapted to conform to regional and global policies as well as evolving local legal/regulatory/code requirements
  • Provide guidance on proposed business activities
  • Review company activity forms and prepare necessary documentation and apply for obtaining further approvals (e.g. from the Regional committee) when required
  • Establish annual compliance training and communication plan
  • Deliver regular compliance trainings and awareness to the employees, distributors and other third parties as per company requirements
  • Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure courses are targeted based on risk profile, tailored to audiences, and understood by the trainees
  • Create effective and  risk-based monitoring  plan, conducti desk or live monitoring of the activities
  • Support compliance audits and incorporate lessons learned into policies and training
  • Ensure adequate third-party due diligence is in place
  • Identify risks with the business environment, conduct risk assessments and close the gaps
  • Ensure allegations of misconduct are reported in a timely manner
  • Conduct and participate in investigations of non-compliance
  • Closely monitor trends and changes of relevant global, regional and local requirements and standards
  • Ensure implementation of Data Privacy SOPs and act as a Country Data Privacy Representative
  • Be the first point of contact with Regional Compliance Officer in regard to all compliance matters in the country

Our expectation:

  • Bachelor degree in Law, Finance, Commercial, Business Administration or any other relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years working in the compliance field for a multinational organization.  Preferably 5 years working in the compliance field for a pharmaceutical or medical device company
  • problem-solving, developing solutions requiring an analytical approach, data analysis, and relationship search
  • high skills in communication, presentation, business conversation, ensuring that they have an impact and not only exchange information
  • openness and commitment to changes in the way you do your job and in your immediate environment
  • English min. B1-B2
