Manager, Corporate Communications EMEA
location: Warsaw - office, hybrid work
Position Overview
The Manager, Corporate Communications, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region, will support the company's communication strategies and initiatives across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in internal communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.
Reporting to: Senior Director, Corporate Communications
Responsibilities:
· Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, newsletters, presentations, intranet material, and social media material, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with the company's brand and values
· Internal Communications: Support and enhance the internal communication strategy to engage and inform employees within the EMEA region, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration, working closely with local business and HR team to identify communication needs and address it in timely manner. Continuously assess the effectiveness of communications and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement across the organization.
· Media Relations: Manage media inquiries and ensure accurate and timely responses
· Crisis and Issues Management: Act as the primary point of contact for crisis communications and issues management within the EMEA region
· Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, legal, and HR teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in communication efforts
· Change Management Communication: Support change management initiatives by providing clear and timely communications related to organizational changes, policy changes, etc.
· Communications Calendar: Manage a detailed communications calendar that coordinates key messages, announcements, and campaigns across the EMEA region
· Executive Communications: Draft and manage communications from the EMEA Executive Leader, including company updates, regional Town Halls, and other high-level correspondence.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required Communications, Public Relations, Journalism discipline preferred. Master's degree preferred
· Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages spoken in the EMEA region is a plus
· Ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans that align with business objectives
· Experience in crisis communication and reputation management is a plus
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
This position is based in Poland, with occasional travel required to various locations within the region.
