Responsibilities:
Senior Commercial Specialist Tasks:
- Defines and coordinates total sales plans, as well as by market segments and customers. Participation and support in the creation of sales budget and forecast.
- Actively monitors and analyzes sales, with the aim of improving and introducing new distribution channels.
- Communicates and maintains business relations with important strategic partners (wholesalers, distributors, pharmacies, pharmacy chains and associations, Health Insurance Funds, Drug Agencies, Ministries of Health).
- Monitors the status of customer collection.
- Maintenance of the product portfolio, item numbers and prices for Croatia & Slovenia. Timely and accurate processing of credit/debit notes (change requests) in relation to price reconciliations and other sales adjustments.
- Controls inventory on the primary and secondary level distributors in Croatia & Slovenia.
- Monitors and analyzes market trends and activities of competition and recommends timely responses to changes.
- Participates in definition of special contracts with customers and suppliers.
- Coordinates launching activities for the new products and their positioning in the market.
- Responsible for application of legal regulations and normative acts in the field of work of the Commercial Affairs Department.
- Cooperating in preparing business cases as support for making business decisions.
- Conducts all activities defined by the reference documents of the quality management system.
- Coordinates the processes of reception of customer orders from hospitals and wholesalers in Croatia and Slovenia.
- Responsible for creation of weekly and monthly sales reports, monitoring of the maturity of customer claims, creation of necessary specifications for issuing promissory notes, creation of documentation related to the return of goods, preparation of invoices for customers for delivered goods, and updates of pricing data for the territory of Croatia and Slovenia.
- Records all important data
- Collaborates in defining logistics activities.
- Preparation of the annual trade policy and collection of approvals
- Coordinating of gathering needed import/Export licenses
- Coordinates the process of customer complaints solving.
Product Coordinator Tasks:
- Collects and analyzes information for the assigned product(s)
- Develops Sales and marketing plan for each of the assigned products and presents this plan to supervisor and senior management to obtain approval,
- Responsibility for the transmission of approved promotional strategies and performances to the team,
- Ensure timely approval of all promotional materials and other marketing activities in accordance with internal SOPs and control of the use of funds with a view to promotion in accordance with the approved plan,
- Responsibility for the preparation of promotional materials and implementation of agreed marketing activities.
- Preparation of the visits plan, the implementation of the plan and the attendance of selected main opinion leaders in medical institutions with a view to designing team defenders of the medicinal product concerned,
- Monitors both Bausch Health and competitive products sales trends, analyzes problems and opportunities, anticipates and uses proactive approach towards competition
- Prepares periodic business reports/presentations and prepares and regularly updates sales forecast for assigned product(s),
- Preparation of proposals for activities necessary prior to the arrival of the product on the market and upon arrival of the new product/potency/pharmaceutical form on the market or when approving the new product indication. More important activities include: market research, pricing proposal, clinical programs and key expert leaders,
- Have complete knowledge of the product(s) he/she is responsible for, and continuously build up on this product(s) knowledge, as well as knowledge on competitive products, disease and treatment practices
We Expect:
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial and/or marketing roles
- Established business network and strong understanding of the Croatian market dynamics
- Master's degree in Pharmacy or a related field; business and/or commercial knowledge is considered an advantage
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Office Suite)
- Valid driver's license
